Description (Service) Literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills * helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence * specialized services available to Aboriginal community * vocational preparation * workplace skills training
