Description (Service) Access centre to apply for Winter Warmth Fund, a one-time utility payment assistance program * grant is credited directly toward heating bill
Hours Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 8 am-4:30 pm * Wed 8 am-7:30 pm
Areas Served Kingston
Eligibility May be available to low income individuals and families who are in arrears with Enbridge or Union Gas energy bills, who have recently received a disconnection notice, and whose personal circumstances make it difficult to pay the bills
