Description (Service) Access centre to apply for Winter Warmth Fund, a one-time utility payment assistance program * grant is credited directly toward heating bill * program begins January 1st each year
Hours Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Wed 8:30 am-7 pm
Areas Served Leeds and Grenville United Counties
Eligibility Low-income individuals and families in arrears with Hydro One, Enbridge or Union Gas energy bills, who have recently received a disconnection notice, and whose personal circumstances make it difficult to pay the bills
