Description (Service) Program for people with dementia * participants wear an identification bracelet with a hot line number that can be called to access their personal information and get them home safely
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Kingston ; Lennox and Addington County
Eligibility Individuals with a diagnosis of Alzheimer Disease or other dementia who are at risk of becoming lost
