Description (Service) Local chapter of a national voluntary health organization dealing with cancer * mission is the eradication of cancer and the enhancement of the quality of life of people living with cancer * provides information, support and transportation to cancer-related medical appointments * offers volunteer opportunities
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
Areas Served Central Frontenac ; Hastings County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; North Frontenac ; Prince Edward County
Eligibility Individuals requiring information regarding cancer or personally experiencing cancer * Transportation program: restricted to patients undergoing active treatment or within the first year after registration
