Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides home visits, communication devices loans, demonstration, trial and sales, supportive counselling, advocacy, education and information to people with hearing loss, their families, caregivers and the general public * offers Hearing Help Classes and Tinnitus Support Groups and support to older adults with Meniere's 
 
Also offers in-service workshops on hearing loss to community agencies/groups that provide training and services to seniors. 
 
Goal is to reduce isolation due to hearing loss and to increase independence and safety at individual's chosen home.
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm

Areas Served Frontenac County ; Hastings County ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Ottawa (City of) ; Prescott and Russell United Counties ; Prince Edward County ; Renfrew County ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties
Eligibility Adults 55 years and older or adults 19 years and older with other disabilities requiring home-based services
