Description (Service) Mental health support services * offers information on mental health services in the Kingston area * provides a lending library of materials dealing with mental health, illness and issues 
 
Programs include: advocacy * information and referral * partners for parents network * various workshops * employment support * art program * public education * personal growth support groups including anger management * suicide intervention training * seniors mental health programs * children and youth prevention programs, etc.* support groups * suicide survivors support group * community speakers 
 
Hold meetings for: Suicide Survivors Recovery Group * Anxiety Support Group * MIND/Sparks (LGBTQ)
