Description (Service) Primary goal is to strengthen the capacity of the local community to respond the health and social needs of people living with the Hepatitis C virus, as well as those at risk of contracting it * support and information about Hepatitis C * presentations or an in-service for agencies
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pm * Sat-Sun and Holidays 9 am-1 pm
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Kingston ; Lennox and Addington County
Eligibility People who are homeless, marginalized population, recently released from prison, sex trade workers, and/or users of street drugs
