Description (Service) Volunteers drive eligible patients to cancer-specific medical appointments * volunteers also offer friendly support as well as transportation
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
Areas Served Brighton (Municipality of) ; Frontenac County ; Gananoque ; Hastings County ; Lennox and Addington County ; Prince Edward County
Eligibility Individuals undergoing active cancer treatment or within their first year after registration
Application Registration and three full business days notice needed

Fees Membership ; None ; New patients who register with the Society’s transportation service will be required to pay a $100 registration fee * children 18 years old or under will not be charged * clients unable to pay the full registration fee may be eligible for assistance through our compassionate program
