| Description (Service) | Person-centred and flexible supports for children, youth and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives in their community. Range of services and supports include: * Childcare Resource Consultant Services (for children 12 and under in licensed childcare programs) * Family Support (to assist families who live with a loved one who has an intellectual disability with advocacy, short and long-term planning) * Community Participation Supports (involvement in community recreation, volunteerism, life skills development and adult learning) * Employment Supports (assistance to secure paid, competitive employment) * Independent Living Supports * Host Family Supports * Group Living Supports * Respite Services (In Home & Out of Home) * Host Family Support |
