Description & Services
Description (Service) Program for low and modest income households that provides funding for major repairs and rehabilitation required to make a house safe and housing modifications to increase accessibility.

Home Repair to assist low to moderate income home owner households:
* Repair their home to bring to acceptable standards while improving the energy-efficiency of the unit
* Increase accessibility of their home through modifications and adaptations
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm
Areas Served Cornwall ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties
Eligibility Households must: 
* have a gross household income that does not exceed between $40,000 to $60,000 depending on household size (according to line 246 of the notice of tax assessment) 
* assessed value of home cannot exceed $206,733 
* rates are current and subject to change
Application Call to apply as program is open at certain times only throughout the year.
