Description & Services
Description (Service) Volunteers provide clients with transportation to cancer-related medical appointments * financial assistance available for families who prefer to drive their child to cancer-related medical appointments themselves
Hours Mon-Tues 9 am-5 pm * Wed 1 pm-4 pm * all appointments must be scheduled Mon-Fri 10 am-4 pm
Areas Served Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
Individuals undergoing active cancer treatment or within their first year after registration 
Volunteer drivers: individuals 18 years and older * must have a valid driver's licence and own their vehicle * criminal record check will be done prior to acceptance
Application Clients: call 1-800-263-6750 to register for transportation to cancer-related care 
Volunteer drivers: call the office * volunteer drivers are screened * orientation, training and support provided
