Description (Service) Municipal department responsible for operating and maintaining City solid waste services * collects garbage, Green Bin, and recyclables at curbside * manages the Kingston Area Recycling Centre (KARC), Material Recovery Facility, the Household Hazardous Waste Facility, the Composting and Brush Sites
Hours Administration Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm * Kingston Area Recycling Centre Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm, Sat 8 am-4 pm * Household Hazardous Waste Depot Thu 8 am-5 pm, Sat 8 am-4 pm, Apr-Nov
