Description (Service) Christmas assistance providing help with food for a Christmas meal and toys for children
Hours 18, 19, 20 November 2019
Areas Served Addison ; Athens ; Augusta ; Brockville ; Edwardsburgh-Cardinal ; Front of Yonge ; Iroquois ; Maitland ; Prescott
Eligibility Applicants must live in service area * children included in the application must be in legal custody of the applicant and living in the home on a permanent, full-time basis * toys: children 16 years and under
Application Register on November 18, 19, 20, 2019 * applicants are required to provide ID for themselves and everyone living in the home (on a permanent basis) and a copy of the last income statement(s) which should include the current address * if requesting toys, applicants must provide ID for the children as well * in the case of any alternate custody arrangement, only the primary caregiver may apply and must provide proof of custody 
 
Pickup time will be advised when the application is complete
