Description (Service) Breast screening program * provides information on breast self-examination * screening includes mammography (x-rays of breast tissue)
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm * offers an occasional evening and weekend clinic
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Lennox and Addington County
Boundaries Southeastern Ontario
Eligibility Ages: 50 year(s) and up 
 
Women 50 years and older who have not been previously diagnosed as having breast cancer * women who receive normal results are automatically recalled their next screening appointment * women who receive abnormal results are referred to their doctor for further investigation or referred directly for additional tests
Application Call for an appointment * no physician referral required
