Description (Service) Prenatal program * learn about pregnancy, healthy eating, the birth experience, and taking care of a baby and a family * each week, participants can meet new friends, prepare food and eat together, receive information from a public health nurse, dietitian, and other community resources * free groceries provided * transportation and childcare may be provided
