Description (Service) Offender reintegration program * support for inmate families * accompaniment program and referral service for recently released ex-inmates and inmate families pre-release planning * counselling * monthly potluck meal and gathering

Application Inmates can be self-refer, be referred by the institutional chaplains or their parole officer prior to their release.
