Description (Service) Regional program provides early psychosis intervention through assessment, treatment and psycho-education for individuals and their families who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Hastings County ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Prince Edward County
Eligibility Ages: 14 year(s) - 35 year(s) 
Priority for individuals 14-35 years old who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis, or who have not received previous treatment for psychosis 
Young people may experience some of these symptoms: suspicion of others * problems sleeping * feeling depressed or low, quiet or withdrawn * feeling tense, afraid, anxious or puzzled about strange experiences
Application Telephone referral accepted * self and family referrals welcome as well as from family physicians and other community/mental health care providers * referrals from family physicians or community/mental health care providers can be faxed
