Description & Services
Description (Service) Advocacy and support to youth and youth at risk, and assessment and referral services for youth and families 
Services include:  
* Youth Justice Committee 
* short-term mentoring program 
* ten-week cognitive skills group offered in schools and other sites 
* School and Non Academic Program (SNAP) 
* substance use and addictions counselling (offered in schools and in-office appointments) 
* Mediating through Empowering using Nurturing Dialogue (MEND) 
* Youth Outreach Worker Program and early intervention and referral program 
* volunteering opportunities
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * evening and weekend appointments

Eligibility Ages: 8 year(s) - 24 year(s) 
Youth 8-24 years old according to program:  
* Youth Justice Committee: youth involved in extrajudicial measures through the police or extrajudicial sanctions through the court 
* Short-term mentoring program: 12-17 years old 
* Ten-week cognitive skills group offered in schools and other sites: 12-17 years old 
* School and Non Academic Program (SNAP): youth suspended or expelled from school 
* Substance use and addictions counselling (offered in schools and in-office appointments): 12-17 years old 
* Early intervention and referral program: 8-17 years old
