Description (Service) Twice-weekly exercise programs facilitated by a qualified personal trainer and supervised volunteers from the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies, Queen's University
Hours Revved Up Mobility: Mon, Wed 1 pm-3 pm, 5 pm-7 pm * Tue, Thu 5 pm-7 pm (at satellite site - Providence Care Hospital) 
Revved Up Circuit: Mon, Wed 7 pm-8 pm, Sep-Mar

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) - 65 year(s) 
Revved Up Mobility: healthy adults with a mobility impairment (spinal cord injury, MS, stroke, amputation) * Revved Up Circuit: healthy adults with a developmental disability (autism, down syndrome etc)
