Description (Service) Department available to provide resources and information about the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT), formerly known as the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB), rules, practices and submitting an appeal in relation to municipal planning and land matters such as zoning, subdivisions, etc.
