Description (Service) Screening and surveillance for those with the highest risk of developing cancer * genetic counselling * testing for genetic mutations where necessary
Hours Tue-Thu 7 am-2:30 pm
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Haliburton County ; Hastings County ; Kingston ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Northumberland County ; Peterborough ; Prince Edward County

Eligibility These referred clients must meet referral criteria set by the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care (MOHLTC)
Application Individuals are referred by Cancer Centre physicians, family physicians, surgeons, other physicians and nurse practitioners and the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP) * occasionally, self referrals will be reviewed when patient has no family physician
