Description (Service) Primary health care, mental health care and community capacity building health promotion for the community. Aims to improve health among its members and favours autonomy and responsibility of individuals.

Community Health Program: Improve health among members in the community

Mental health Program: Team composed of Psychotherapists. Support services, evaluation, orientation, and individual, family and group therapy for people suffering from all kinds of problems * offers help in difficult times and with family problems

Physical Health Program: Team composed of Doctor, Nurse Practitioners, Dietician, and Registered Nurses. Consultation with medical, nursing and nutritional staff * low back pain project * complete medical examinations with follow-up appointments * doctor's evaluation, electrocardiograms, expert laboratory services * annual exams for babies, children and adults * evaluation of eating and lifestyle habits * screening, hospital visits, possible home visits * Diabetes Education Program * lung health program * cardiac rehabilitation program
