Description (Service) On-site early intervention, emotional support, practical assistance, and crisis intervention * safety planning * referrals to community services * system navigation for vulnerable victims * assistance with applications to VQRP 
Victim Quick Response Program (VQRP) -- immediate assistance with emergency expenses related to the incident, including emergency home safety, accommodation, meals, transportation, dependent care costs, counselling, cellular phones, vision care, crime scene cleanup, and funeral expenses * no direct reimbursement to victims
Hours Administration Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm 
Crisis response Mon-Sun 24 hours

Eligibility Victims of crime and tragic circumstances * VQRP -- victims of violent crime who have no other financial resources
