Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides rent-geared-to-income housing and support services for single youth. * Primary housing located at RISE@one4nine, a 21-unit apartment building that includes transitional and longer-term housing. * Other housing options includes medium support housing and non-staffed apartments for youth who are able to live more independently. * Case managers offer youth various support services and mentoring to ensure emotional and physical safety. 
RISE@one4nine has 8 transitional units and 13 one-bedroom apartments. * Medium support and independent living options have private bedrooms for residents. * Shared kitchen, bath, and common areas.
