Description & Services
Description (Service) Voluntary organization for Autism Spectrum Disorders * information about local resources and services, funding options, family and spouse support meetings, social activities and events, programs, workshops and guest speakers * public awareness and acceptance about autism * provide information and education, support research, and advocate for programs and services for the autism community 
Potential Programme: east and south-east regional events, activities and support
Hours Tue, Thu 9:30 am-2 pm, or by appointment
Meetings * Chapter Leadership Council meetings and planning meetings are open to members and interested community members, contact for future dates  
* Family support/info meetings: third Tuesday of the month 6:30 pm-8:30 pm * usually includes a general topic of discussion and an opportunity to meet and talk with other families in the area 
* spouses support meetings held every two to three months, contact the office for the next meeting date and location
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Hastings County ; Kingston ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Prince Edward County
Eligibility No restrictions * serving children, youth and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), their families, professionals and the community * diagnosis not required 
Potential Programme: individuals 18 years and under
Application No referral required * annual membership can be arranged through the Chapter Office or online
Languages English ; French - some members
Fees Membership - $50 optional (2018) ; Service - low or no cost for most programs and activities
