Description (Service) Promotes personal development of youth * to start a 4-H club, a screened volunteer (18 years or older), and six eligible members are needed * 4-H encourages the development of self-confidence and a sense of responsibility * provides education on useful skills in communications, leadership, problem solving and goal setting
