Description (Service) Team of accredited family mediators providing assistance to families who are separated to resolve issues related to parenting, child support or property division.

Areas of expertise: family dynamics * related law * child growth an development * issues of domestic violence.

Services offered: Information and Referral in the Family Law Information Centres located in the Kingston and Napanee Courts (see separate listing for more information) * Child Protection Mediation * Elder Mediation * Mandatory Information Program for family court clients three times per month in accordance with the Ministry of Attorney General contract requirements.
Hours Family Law Information Centre is staffed Mon-Thu 9 am-3 pm * Mediation appointments are scheduled Mon-Fri according to client's needs
