Description & Services
Description (Service) Offers intensive, short-term and flexible support to youth in conflict with the law * program mandated under the Ministry of 
Children, Community and Social Services * a range of individualized programs are offered based on the youth’s criminogenic needs as well as the youth and family’s strengths and resources * specialists cover topics including emotion management, problem solving, life skills, crisis support, family support, substance abuse counselling, school and employment support, positive relationship building and other areas of need

Areas Served Frontenac County ; Hastings County ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Prince Edward County

Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) - 17 year(s) 
 
Young persons aged 12-17 who are in conflict with the law, who have been charged with a criminal offence(s), are currently serving a Youth Criminal Justice Act Sentence and living in their own community * probation officer referrals required
Application Referrals are made through the youth’s Probation Officer
