Description (Service) COVID-19 (24 Apr 2020): Due to COVID19, Kingston CHC's service offerings have changed. Primary care services are still provided over the phone whenever possible but patients needing urgent care will be seen. Evening clinics are cancelled. Most programming is either cancelled or limited. Consumption treatment services remain open (individuals are screened on arrival). See website for details and up-to-date information. Lionhearts Inc is also helping to provide a prepackaged community meal at this location daily. 
Oversees health care services, health promotion, children's programs, education support programs and addiction services to Kingston and area community residents from four sites: Kingston Community Health Centre * Street Health Centre * Napanee Area Community Health Centre * Ontario Harm Reduction Program

Lionhearts community meal: Pick up Mon-Sun 5 pm- 6 pm
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 8 am-4:30 pm * Wed 8 am-8 pm
