Hours Mon - Thurs 8:30 am-8:00 pm *Fri 8:30 am-4:00pm

Eligibility Ages: 19 year(s) and up 
 
Ontario residents 19 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum * must have facility in English
