Description (Service) Provincial francophone organization committed to community development. * Strives for the valorization and full participation of people with a functional limitation. * Serves as a liaison to better represent the interests of disabled persons in Ontario. * The Francophone spokesperson for the promotion of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act of 2005 (AODA). 
 
* Workshop on accessible customer services, the AODA and its standards 
* Accessibility assessments according to the AODA requirements 
* Develops tools and resources for francophone persons living with a disability
