Description (Service) Program for people newly diagnosed with Alzheimer disease or a related dementia and their families * early access to education about the disease * family support, peer support groups and a day program for persons with dementia are available
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility Individuals newly diagnosed with Alzheimer disease or a related dementia (vascular dementia, Fronto-temporal dementia, Lewy body, etc.) and their families and friends who care for them
