Description (Service) Helps identify the person who is lost and assist in a safe return home * participants wear an identification bracelet
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * weekend and evening appointments available upon request
Areas Served Prescott and Russell United Counties ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties
Eligibility All individuals with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia who are at risk of becoming lost * offers alternate payment programs, such as prepaid options and for those who cannot afford a membership, a subsidy program
