Description (Service) Emergency health care, counselling and resources for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault * emergency health care * evidence collection * photo documentation * testing for, and treatment of, sexually transmitted infections * testing for drug facilitated sexual assault * comprehensive health care follow-up * crisis and non-crisis counselling * social work services and referrals

Eligibility Emergency Services: No restrictions * Counselling: Individuals 14 years and over
Application People who have been recently assaulted (within 72 hours), should go to Cornwall Community Hospital's Emergency Room at 840 McConnell Ave with their valid health card * for assaults after 72 hours, contact the program nurse at 613-938-4240 ext 4552 * for counselling, contact program social workers at 613-938-4240 ext 4658 or ext 4567
