Description (Service) Programs and supports for parents and caregivers of small children * information and referral * drop-ins, education, resource library * weekly programs offered in Brockville, Gananoque, Kemptville, Prescott, Limerick Forest, Cardinal, Athens, and Elgin.
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm * Sat 8 am-1 pm, Sep-Jun * call for program hours
