Description (Service) Provides a hot meal, social activity and companionship on a regular basis, on pre-arranged days, for older adults and adults with disabilities
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals 18 years and older living with a disability, socially-isolated, who may be at risk for nutritional deficits and who can benefit from socializing with others
