Description (Service) Adult day program * Senior Day Away Program (individual, French) * Special Day Away Program (for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia)

Hours Dementia Program Mon 9:30 am-2:30 pm, 10:30 am-3:30 pm 
Frail Elderly Program Tue 10 am-3 pm 
Bilingual Frail Elderly Program Wed 10 am-3 pm 
Mixed Programs Thu 9:30 am-2:30 pm, 10:30 am-3:30 pm 
Dementia Programs Fri 10 am-3 pm

Eligibility Open to those who qualify based on assessment of needs
