Application Call for more information * Primary care services clients accessing our Doctors and Nurse Practitioners must become rostered clients of the Health Centre (and wait lists may be experienced). * Clients of our allied health professionals (i.e. Registered Dietitian, Social Workers/Counsellors) or who wish to attend group programs (see website for most recent list) do not need to be rostered clients of the Health Centre.
