Description (Service) Men's long-term residential supportive addictions treatment centre * capacity for 18 men * provides individually designed treatment plans, counselling and life/social skills development in a structured setting * focus on developing continuing recovery skills based on the bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach to recovery

Men 19 years and over who are relapse prone and have attempted numerous prior outpatient/short-term addictions treatments * client must be detoxed prior to admission * admission based on Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Admission and Discharge Criteria
Application Ministry of Health Assessment Tools must be completed and referral made based on the MOHLTC Admission and Discharge Criteria for long-term Residential Supportive Treatment, Level 1 * call Central Intake for detail
