Description (Service) Individualized services depending on identified child and family needs 
Services can include: screening and assessments of infant and child gross and fine motor skills, cognitive, communication, socio-emotional and self-help skills * mediator training * case coordination * support and resources to families and consultations to agencies such as child care centres * also offers public education on topics related to infant development * service delivery varies from occasional consultation to home visits over an extended period of time

Eligibility Ages: 5 year(s) and under 
Children 5 years and under who have a developmental disability or who are at risk for having delays due to biological or psychosocial risk factors
