Description (Service) Community support program helping seniors and adults living with a physical disability to stay in their homes 
Telephone reassurance * caregiver support * client intervention and assistance * diners' clubs * escorted transportation * friendly visiting * foot care clinics * home help/home maintenance * income tax clinics * information and referral * lifeline emergency response system demonstrations and installations * meals on wheels and frozen meals for delivery or pickup during business days * walking clubs and excercise program * adult day program held weekly * respite care
