Description (Service) Client-centered mental health service * community living, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served Lanark County - South ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
Individuals 16 years and older who: 
* have the most serious mental illnesses 
* have severe symptoms and impairments  
* have not benefited from traditional out-patient programs
