Description (Service) Builds simple, decent and affordable for low income families * applicants must give 500 hours of volunteer time into the building of their own home * homes are sold to partner families at no profit and financed with affordable, no-interest mortgages * homeowners' monthly mortgage payments go into a revolving fund, which is used to build more homes * selection process determines who qualifies for housing
