Description & Services
Description (Service) Regional program that provides early psychosis intervention through assessment, treatment and psychoeducation for individuals and their families who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis. 
Counties of Leeds, Grenville and Lanark offices are situated in Brockville and Smiths Falls.
Hours Mon, Wed, Thu 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Lanark ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties
Eligibility Ages: 14 year(s) - 35 year(s) 
Priority: individuals 14-35 years old who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis, or who have not received previous treatment for psychosis 
Some symptoms: suspicion of others * feeling tense, afraid, anxious or puzzled about strange experiences * hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting of feeling things that others don't perceive
Application Telephone referral accepted * self and family referrals welcome as well as from family physicians and other community/mental health care providers can be faxed
