Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides a safe, neutral and child-focused setting for visits and exchanges to take place between children and their parents who are working through custody and access disputes. Arrival and Departure times are staggered. There is no contact between parties. 
 
Supervised visits: Staff provide constant supervision within the centre for the entire length of the scheduled visit 
 
Supervised exchanges: Provides a place where children and parent exchanges can take place for off-site visits. Supervision is provided only at the time the child is being exchanged.
Sup. Description For both Supervised Exchanges and Supervised Visits, parents are required to provide their own transportation

Visits are court ordered, court recommended or by self referral with a written agreement regarding the terms of access.
Application Each party is expected to call the main administrative office to initiate intake process.
Languages English ; French ; Interpretive Services - can be arranged
Fees Program ; Method(s) of Payment Accepted - cash ; A monthly user fee is charged to each party and are determined on a sliding scale based on income. * These fees can be reduced or waived if parties demonstrate financial hardship. * Report fees are charged only to the requesting party, however both parties are provided copies; these costs vary dependant on length and type of report.
