Description (Service) Comprised of several local community agencies * meetings are held bimonthly six times per year * group of interested health and social service providers who are committed to working collaboratively to promote awareness of issues around women's use of alcohol during pregnancy and the prevention of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder (FASD) * promotes and facilitates staff training and skill development around best practice approaches to issues related to women and substance use, FASD interventions and prevention * hosts an annual FASD Breakfast recognizing International FASD Day on September 9th
