Description (Service) Regulates motor vehicle dealers and salespersons in Ontario * enforces Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA) on behalf of Ministry of Government and Consumer Services * ensures registration of dealers and salespersons * inspects dealerships * receives consumer complaints * conducts investigations and prosecutions * administers the Motor Vehicle Dealers Compensation Fund * consumer outreach and education
