Description (Service) A community based, non-profit agency, providing assessment, information & referral and language interpretation services, through telephone based help lines, face-to-face consultation and the collection, maintenance and dissemination of human services information. 
 
Offers the following programs and services: 211 community information telephone line, Niagara Community Information Database, Broadcast Email Service, Volunteer Connections, Donation of Goods Portal, Interpreters Niagara/Hamilton
