Description (Service) Manages the building and offers permanent office space to non-profit community service groups with limited financial resources at not-for-profit rates. "Non-permanent" space available to the general public at great rates * 900 seat theatre * 200 seat reception hall (with a stage and kitchen facilities) * eight meeting rooms
